Colored pants are always a great opportunity to throw in a denim jacket/vest etc. without creating a tacky double denim look.The vibrance of the pants are perfect, so you don't need much more color. Which is why I chose a plain white shirt with little detail. It adds a little bit of detail so it's not boring, but it leaves out the color so the outfit doesn't become too loud. (You could also go for maybe a striped or polka-dotted shirt)
Then a simple pair of flats, or heels if you're interested would go nicely with the selection.
Also, you could add a purse/bag. Maybe a pastel yellow to compliment the green and add a bit more color. :)

If you like matching I'd go with the first pair I chose, or something like it. It has the same pale pink color as well as a gentle green color with gold tips. So you're not matching too much, but just enough.The mint color of the second pair I chose compliments the color of the pale pink as well as adding some 'pop' to the outfit.
& the last pair I've chosen are more casual and summery. :)
(Clearly, I'm favoring a mint green or dull blueish color. I feel as if the cool color of these will compliment and balance the warmth of the pale pink of your dress.)
